ChkDsk /r includes /f, only information technology also scans the entire disk surface for physical errors and attempts to repair them besides.

So you could run a command like the following to check and repair deejay errors on your C bulldoze:

chkdsk c: /r

Abolish a CHKDSK scan

To cancel a scheduled check, at a control prompt, type

chkntfs /x d:

and hit Enter. Here d is the bulldoze letter.
